JUDGEMENT

(1.) We have heard the learned counsel for the parties and gone through the transfer petition filed under Sec. 25 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.

(2.) Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, we deem it fit and proper to transfer Divorce Petition No.354 of 2018 titled as "Savneet Singh vs. Guneet Kaur" Pending before Family Court, Bharatpur, Rajasthan to Principal Family Court, Chandigarh, U.T., Chandigarh.

(3.) The transfer petition is, accordingly, allowed.
