JUDGEMENT

(1.) We have heard the learned counsel for the parties and gone through the transfer petition filed under Sec. 25 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.

(2.) Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, we transfer Divorce Case being H.M.A. No.864 of 2018, titled as "Devender Kumar Verma Vs. Smt. Barkha" , pending before the Principal Judge, Family Court at Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, to the Principal Judge, Family Court (Central) at Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi.

(3.) The parties shall appear before the Family Court (Central), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, on 20.02.2019 at 11.00 a.m.
