JUDGEMENT

(1.) This transfer petition has been filed by the petitioner - wife for transfer of Matrimonial Case No. 1003 of 2018 titled "Abhinav Kumar Gupta vs. Soni Kumari" from the Principal Judge, Family Court Patna, Bihar to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court Jamshedpur, East Singhbhum, Jharkhand.

(2.) We have heard learned counsel for the parties.

(3.) Looking to the facts and circumstances of this case, the petitioner would be put to considerable inconvenience in prosecuting the matter at Patna, Bihar. We think it appropriate to transfer the aforesaid case from Principal Judge, Family Court Patna, Bihar to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court Jamshedpur, East Singhbhum, Jharkhand.
