JUDGEMENT

(1.) Leave granted.

(2.) These appeals are filed against the final judgment and order dated 19.09.2018 passed by the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad in Crl.A. No.4310 of 2014 and Crl.A. No.4213 of 2014 whereby the High Court released the respondents(accused persons) in both the appeals on bail by suspending their sentence of life imprisonment awarded by the Trial Court in S.T. No.465 of 2006 and S.T. No.466 of 2006.

(3.) In order to appreciate the short question involved in these appeals, a few facts need mention hereinbelow.
