JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner-wife. Learned counsel on behalf of the respondent-husband is also present in Court.

(2.) This petition under Sec. 25 of the Civil Procedure Code, 1908 read with Order XLI of the Supreme Court Rules, 2013 has been filed by the petitioner-wife for transfer of O.P. No.863 of 2018 titled as "O. Venkat Shiv Shankar versus S.P. Nethravathi" pending before the Family Court, Hyderabad to the competent court at Bangalore, Karnataka.

(3.) Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and taking into consideration the grounds taken in the transfer petition, we direct transfer of O.P. No.863 of 2018 titled as "O. Venkat Shiv Shankar versus S.P. Nethravathi" pending before the Family Court, Hyderabad to the competent court at Bangalore, Karnataka.
