(1.) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order of assessment has since then been set aside by the Tribunal in appeal and the matter now stands remitted to the Assessing Officer for fresh consideration.

(2.) In view of the fact, learned counsel prays for and is granted liberty to withdraw the petitions.

(3.) The special leave petitions are dismissed as withdrawn.
