(1.) Learned counsel for the parties submit that the parties have amicably resolved all their disputes inter se in terms of the settlement agreement dated 18th Jan., 2019.

(2.) As a result, nothing survives for consideration in this petition. The transfer petition is disposed of. Parties through counsel assure to abide by the terms of the settlement agreement.
