(1.) Leave granted.
(2.) We have heard learned counsel for the parties. The appeal has been filed against the order dated 13.09.2018 passed by the High Court rejecting the application for anticipatory bail under Sections 409, 420, 467, 468, 471, 201, 120B IPC and Sections 13(1)(d) and Section 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that in the High Court, the appellant was granted interim protection which continued for nine months. He further submits that the appellant has joined the investigation and produced all relevant documents as and when required. Learned counsel appearing for the State has fairly submitted that the appellant has joined the investigation.
(3.) In view of the above matter, we dispose of this appeal. The interim protection, initially granted by the High Court, shall continue till the submission of charge sheet. However, the appellant shall co-operate in the investigation.
