No. 8100 of 2012 and C.M. No. 324 and 325 of 2014 respectively, the Appellant - MTNL filed the present Special Leave Petition. This Court vide Order dated 08.05.2014 issued Notice to all the Respondents, including CANFINA which has been joined as Respondent No. 2.
