(2.) The parties have settled the matter as apparent from the Compromise Deed dated 24.8.2018 at Annexure P3. The parties are present through their respective counsel.

(3.) Learned counsel appearing for the appellant and the respondent-complainant accept that the amounts mentioned in the aforesaid compromise deed have been paid over as promised and have been received accordingly by the complainant.
