JUDGEMENT

(1.) Leave granted.

(2.) This appeal is directed against the judgment and final order dated 08.06.2018 in Criminal Appeal No. 702/2003 passed by the High Court of Judicature at Bombay, Nagpur Bench, Nagpur, whereby the appeal filed by the appellant was dismissed and judgment and order passed by the Trial Court sentencing the appellant to suffer rigorous imprisonment for two years and to pay a fine of Rs.2,000.00 with default clause was confirmed.

(3.) On 22.11.2018, this Court issued notice limited to the quantum of sentence only.
