(1.) We have heard the learned counsel for the parties and gone through the transfer petition filed under Sec. 25 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.
(2.) Learned counsel for the respondent-husband fairly submitted that he has no objection to the transfer of the matter as prayed for in the petition.
(3.) Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, we transfer the petition being H.M.A. No.402 of 2014, titled as Pintoo Prasad Vs. Smt. Sumitra alias Gudiya, pending before the Family Court, Upper District & Sessions Judge/FTC-II, District Court, Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, to the Family Court, Rohini District Court, Delhi.
