JUDGEMENT

(1.) When the matter was called out, nobody appeared for the petitioner (wife). However, learned counsel for respondent appears in the matter.

(2.) This petition under Sec. 25 of the Civil Procedure Code, 1908 read with Order XLI of the Supreme Court Rules, 2013 has been filed by the petitioner (wife) for transfer of Divorce Petition being H.M.A. No.153 of 2017 titled as "Kartick Paramanik vs. Pritilata" pending before the Court of Additional District & Sessions Judge, Sessions Courts, Yamuna Nagar, Haryana to the Court of District & Sessions Judge, Serampur, Hooghly, West Bengal.

(3.) .. After taking into consideration the grounds taken in the transfer petition, we direct transfer of Divorce Petition being H.M.A. No.153 of 2017 titled as "Kartick Paramanik vs. Pritilata" pending before the Court of Additional District & Sessions Judge, Sessions Courts, Yamuna Nagar, Haryana to the Court of District & Sessions Judge, Serampur, Hooghly, West Bengal.
