MEERA Vs. PRATHMESH

JUDGEMENT

(1.) This transfer petition is filed before this Court for transfer of case bearing HMA No.222 of 2018 titled as " Sh. Prathmesh Vs. Smt. Meera" pending before the Principal Judge (North), Family Court, Rohini Courts, Delhi to the Court of the Family Judge, at Latur, Maharashtra or any other Court of competent Jurisdiction at Latur, Maharashtra.

(2.) Despite service of notice none has appeared on behalf of the Respondent.

(3.) In the facts and circumstances of the case and keeping in view the grounds urged in the transfer petition, we deem it appropriate to allow this transfer petition.
