JUDGEMENT

(1.) We have heard Shri C.A. Sundaram, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the applicants/appellants. We have also read and considered the order/letter dated 30th Jan., 2019 of the Commercial Taxes and Registration (K) Department, Chennai on implementation of this Court's order dated 11th Sept., 2018 passed in Civil Appeal No.9334 of 2018 (arising out of Special Leave Petition (Civil) No.5588 of 2006) and other connected matters.

(2.) Having heard the learned counsel for the applicants and having considered the matter we find no ground to recall or vary our order dated 11th Sept., 2018 passed in Civil Appeal No.9334 of 2018 (arising out of Special Leave Petition (Civil) No.5588 of 2006) and other connected matters.
