(2.) Heard learned counsel for the appellants.

The appellant's Letters Patent Appeal No.407 of 2017 (O&M) arising out of C.W.P.No.7123 of 2011 was dismissed by the Division Bench of Punjab and Haryana High Court essentially on the ground of limitation holding that since the appellants have filed the appeal by 454 days delay, it is liable to be dismissed on the ground of limitation. It was held that the cause alleged by the appellants cannot be regarded as a sufficient cause to condone the delay. This order is challenged by the appellants in this appeal.
