(1.) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondents nos.5 to 41 are proforma respondents. In view of the request made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the application for deletion of respondent nos. 5 to 41 is allowed.

(2.) Name of respondent nos. 5 to 41 are deleted from the array of parties at the risk of the petitioner. Cause title be amended accordingly.
