JUDGEMENT

(1.) Leave granted.

(2.) The F.I.R. has been lodged against the appellant under Sec. 498A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. The High Court by its order dated 29 Nov. 2018 granted anticipatory bail to the appellant under Sec. 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, subject to conditions.

(3.) The challenge to the order of the High Court is in regard to the condition that the appellant would submit his passport in the Trial Court on the date of his surrender.
