(1.) These are petitions seeking transfer of Criminal Misc. Case No.303/2015, Complaint Case No.2749/2015 and Criminal Misc. Case No.156/2016 titled as " Smt.Rajani Singh vs. Sr.Upendra Kumar Prajapati & Ors." , pending before the court of Ld.Civil Judge, JMFC, Devanahalli, Bangalore, Karnataka to the court of competent jurisdiction, Nagpur, Maharashtra.

(2.) Having heard learned counsel for the parties, we are not inclined to entertain these transfer petitions.

(3.) The transfer petitions are accordingly dismissed.
