JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned counsel for the parties. In the facts and circumstances of the case, we are of the view that Land acquisition Case No. 248/89-A, pending in the court of Additional District Judge, south Goa at Margao and Special Civil Suit No. 10 of 1992, pending in the court of civil Judge [senior Division], Margao, should be heard together and disposed of by a common judgement. In view of this, Special Civil Suit No. 10 of 1992 pending in the court of Civil Judge [senior Division], Margao, is transferred to the court of additional District Judge, South Goa at Margao. The same shall be heard and decided along with Land Acquisition Case No. 248/89-A. With the aforesaid observation, the civil appeals are disposed of. No costs.
