JUDGEMENT

(1.) LEARNED counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant-Air India submits that as the contract has already expired in June, 2009, these appeals have become infructuous. The appeals are accordingly dismissed as having become infructuous.

(2.) INTERIM order, if any, stands vacated. In view of the order passed in C. A. Nos. 6111/2000 and6112/2000, these appeals have also become infructuous and the same are accordingly dismissed as having become infructuous. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
