(1.) HEARD learned counsel for the petitioner.

(2.) PETITIONER is aggrieved by the direction of the High Court in the impugned order appointing the Assistant Registrar of the High Court as Court Observer of the Municipal Election to be held on 7.5.2007. We clarify that this should not be treated as a precedent in future. We are not inclined to give any other direction in the petition. The Special Leave Petition is disposed of.
