JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD both sides. The Respondent has no objection for transfer of the case. In the facts and circumstances of the case, we order for transfer of P. I. L. No. 133 of 2007 (Dr. Rajendra sadanand Barma and Anr. Vs. State of Maharashtra and Ors.) from Bombay High Court to this Hon'ble Court and tag this matter with W. P. (C)No. 196 of 2001 (People's Union for civil Liberties Vs. Union of India and Ors. ). The transfer petition is allowed accordingly.
