(2.) By order dated 31st July, 2017 limited notice was issued in the following terms.

Having heard the learned counsel for the appellant and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent State we find no justification for refusal to pay the amount due for the work done by the appellant. We, therefore, interfere with the order of the High Court and direct that the payment due to the appellant for the work done be made by the concerned authority of the State, after due verification, within a period of four weeks from today.
