(1.) Leave granted.

(2.) The appellant approached this Court, aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail. He has been convicted and sentenced under Sections 304B read with Section 498A IPC and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1986.

(3.) Taking note of the fact that the appellant had actually undergone around 14 years in jail, this Court, on 18.05.2018, released the appellant on interim bail for six months.
