(2.) The learned counsel appearing for the appellants has submitted that the relied upon Judgment has already been set aside and remitted to the High Court and since the appellants are also similarly situated persons, the instant case may also be remitted to the High Court.

(3.) We also find that by order dated 28.11.2017 in Civil Appeal No. 20050 of 2017 and other connected matters, this Court has already remitted the matters to the High Court.
