(2.) Leave granted in SLP (Crl.) No. 753 of 2017.

(3.) Mohd. Javed, Wasim Khan, Raju @ Tribhuvan Gosai, Pamma @ Paramjit, Rajesh Arora @ Golu are the appellants in these appeals before us. They stand convicted under Section 302/34 read with Section 120B IPC and sentenced to undergo life imprisonment for the murder of Ravi Srivastav. Apart from the five appellants, one Mangal Singh alias Mangi co-accused was convicted under Section 302 by the trial Court and he did not prefer any appeal either before the High Court or before this Court. Raj Dharikar @ Raj Khanjar co-accused has been acquitted.
