(1.) The documents which are filed in a sealed cover are taken on record and the copies have been made available to the learned counsel for the petitioners.

(2.) When this matter was listed on 16 th January, 2018, the Court passed the following order:-

Today when the matter has been listed before us, it is submitted by Mr. Varinder Kumar Sharma, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in W.P.(C) No.19 of 2018, that page No.25 of the documents filed by the State of Maharashtra has not been supplied to him. Mr. Nishant Ramakantrao Katneshwarkar, learned counsel assisting Mr. Harish N. Salve and Mr. Mukul Rohatgi, learned senior counsel for the State of Maharashtra, submits that page No.25 shall be supplied in the course of the day.
