SUNNY Vs. PAWAN KUMAR SHARMA

JUDGEMENT

(1.) We have heard learned counsel for the parties as well as the petitioner (Sunny) and the respondent (Pawan Kumar Sharma).

(2.) We acknowledge with gratitude the excellent role played by Ms. Garima Prasad, the Mediator who spent considerable amount of time yesterday and today in discussing various issues with both the parties and in assisting and facilitating them to arrive at a mutually acceptable solution.

(3.) Both the parties are before us and they have stated that they would like to live together and will go to Pune tomorrow evening along with their child (David) where the husband is living. They both say that they will forget the past and forgive each other and will live a happy married life henceforth.
