(2.) This appeal is directed against the final judgment and order dated 04.12017 of the High Court of Judicature for Rajasthan at Jaipur in D.B. Special Appeal Writ No. 1598 of 2017 whereby the High Court disposed of the same filed by the appellant upholding the final order and judgment dated 04.09.2017 passed by the learned Single Judge.
