JUDGEMENT

(1.) Leave granted in SLP(C) No.8854 of 2015.

(2.) The appellant challenged the judgment dated 20.11.2012 of the High Court of Madrasin Writ Appeal No.462 of 2011. Vide order dated 24.4.2018, this Court had requested forthe assistance of Mr. R.Basant, learned senior counsel who had graciously accepted thesame.

(3.) We are happy to note that the parties have settled their disputes amicably. The partieshave already filed a joint memo which is taken on record.
