MARI Vs. STATE OF TAMIL NADU

JUDGEMENT

(1.) M/s. B. Karunakaran and M. Yogesh Kanna, learned counsel appearing for the appellants, submit that the appellants - Mari, Kasi and Balakrishnan have been granted remission by the State of Tamil Nadu and the appellants have already been released.

(2.) Learned counsel further state that they have instruction to withdraw Crl.A.No.1979/2009 and Crl.A.No.362/2013 which are hereby dismissed as withdrawn.
