JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner approached this Court seeking transfer of Case No. 1234 of 2017 titled as "Hemant Vs. Meenakshi" from the Court of Principal Judge, Dwarka Courts, New Delhi to the Family Court at Rewari, Haryana.

(2.) Finding that there is an element of settlement, we directed the parties to be present before this Court. On 23.10.2018, we sought to the assistance of Sh. Ajit Kumar Sinha, learned senior counsel, for assisting the parties to arrive at an appropriate settlement. Sh. Sinha submits that he has spent quite a lot of time interacting with the parties and he is also convinced that it is in the interest of both the sides to part as friends.
