JUDGEMENT

(1.) Issue notice.

(2.) Dasti, in addition, is permitted.

(3.) During the pendency of the Special Leave Petition, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing a bail bond to the tune of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh) with two solvent sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court and such other conditions as may be imposed by the trial court.
