(2.) This is a case of long pending disputes between two 'wives' of deceased-Javaranaika. The matter has travelled through various courts and finally it has reached this Court. A suggestion was put as to whether one party would be satisfied with compassionate appointment and leave the rest of the benefits and property to the other party.

(3.) Today, learned counsel for the parties have reported to the Court that with much persuasion the parties have agreed to the suggestion. Accordingly, as agreed, this appeal is disposed of as follows:
