SARVEPALLI RADHAKRISHNAN UNIVERSITY Vs. UNION OF INDIA

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Mr. Vikas Singh, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Medical Council of India (MCI), has handed over a list of colleges which are situated within and outside the State of Madhya Pradesh, where the students can be accommodated in the vacant seats. The said list is taken on record.

(2.) Mr. R.S. Jaiswal, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Respondent-State, submits that he will take necessary action and submit a report to this Court within a period of fifteen days from today.

(3.) It is made clear that the colleges in the concerned States will grant admissions to the students in accordance with law.
