JUDGEMENT

(1.) An order dated 29.08.2018 has been passed by the Deputy Secretary, Urban Development of the Government of NCT of Delhi in compliance of the directions of this Court of 17.08.2018 and 29.08.2018. The order is regarding the formation of a Committee to go in depth into all aspects of solid waste management in Delhi including cleaning up the dumpsites in Ghaziabad, Bhalswa and Okhla and frame a workable and implement able policy.
