By an interim order dated 21.12.2017, in a writ petition, that has been filed by Respondent Nos. 1 and 2, before the Punjab and Haryana High Court, challenging theConstitutional validity of some of the provisions of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code,2016 (IBC), the High Court had stated that the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT),Chandigarh, may continue with the proceedings but should not pass a final order thereon.
