This appeal by special leave is directed against the order dated 14.12.2016 passed by the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad in Bail Application in Criminal Appeal No. 5583 of 2016, wherein the Respondent No. 1 who had been convicted in S.T. No. 161 of 2006 for serious offences under the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956 (hereinafter referred to as 'the Act') has been enlarged on bail.
