JUDGEMENT

(1.) Upon hearing the learned counsel for the applicant and Shri Shyam Divan, learned Amicus Curiae the prayer made in these applications are allowed subject to the conditions mentioned in Paragraph 11 of I.A. No.7564 of 2018. The applicant is allowed to convert the iron ore fines purchased by it in the e-auction conducted by the Monitoring Committee for pelletisation in the pellet plant of BMM Ispat Ltd. within three months from today subject to the above.

(2.) The applications are disposed of in the above terms.

(3.) Issue notice.
