JUDGEMENT

(1.) Leave granted in all the matters.

(2.) Since similar questions arise in all these matters, they are being disposed of by this common Judgment. The matters can be broadly classified in three categories. We have taken Criminal Appeal arising from Special Leave Petition (Crl.) No.9196 of 2017, Criminal Appeal arising from Special Leave Petition (Crl.) No.9029 of 2017 and Criminal Appeal arising from Special Leave Petition (Crl.) No.9409 of 2017 to be the lead matters representing each of those three categories. (3.) Under an agreement dated 29.03.2014 entered into between the appellant and Bihar State Food and Civil Supplies Corporation Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Corporation") the appellant undertook to mill paddy procured from District Office of the Corporation as per terms and conditions mentioned in the agreement.
