(2.) Applications seeking exemption from filing Official Translation and Certified Copy of the impugned order are allowed.

(3.) The petitioner is directed to deposit an amount of Rs.1,50,000/- with the Registry of this Court within a period of two weeks from today. Subject to such deposit being made, let notice be issued, returnable on Thursday, the 10th May, 2018. The amount be kept in a short term Fixed Deposit in any nationalized bank.
