JUDGEMENT

(1.) A road map has been given by the learned Additional Solicitor General in the form of a status report.

(2.) Learned amicus curiae has also given her submissions and a list of proposals about which there is some partial disagreement.

(3.) Learned Additional Solicitor General says that the Ministry of Home Affairs would look into this and implement the road map and administrative issues at the earliest.
