JUDGEMENT

(1.) It is submitted by Ms. Pinky Anand, learned Additional Solicitor General appearing for Union of India that substantial steps have been taken and accordingly a Status Report has been filed. It is also submitted by her that National Plan has also been finalised. However, she would pray for four months' time to cover all the States and the analysis to be made by All India Institute of Medical Sciences.

(2.) Let the matter be listed in the 2nd week of February 2019. Let the above exercise be carried out in the meantime. Be it noted, if anything is required to be done by any other authority, the said exercise shall be completed within the said period.

(3.) An affidavit shall be filed by the competent authorities of the respective Ministries indicating the compliance, as directed by this Court.
