JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition under Sec. 25 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 read with Order XLI of the Supreme Court Rules, 2013 has been filed by the petitioner-wife for transfer of Civil Suit bearing No. 305/2018 t itled "Rama Gera vs. Sangeeta Gera" from the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Noida, Gautam Budh Nagar, U.P. to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Delhi.

(2.) Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and taking into consideration the grounds taken in the transfer petition, we direct transfer of Civil Suit No. 305/2018 titled "Rama Gera vs. Sangeeta Gera" from the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Noida, Gautam Budh Nagar, U.P. to Patiala House Courts, New Delhi District.

(3.) Let the record of the case be transferred without delay.
