The present appeal challenges the orders passed by the Delhi High Court dismissing the appeal filed by the present appellant wherein she had challenged the order passed by Additional District Judge, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi dismissing her application under Order IX Rule 13 of the Code of Civil Procedure.
