This appeal arises out of judgment and order dated 26-04-2005 passed by the Division Bench of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in CWP No. 563/2003 and order dated 27-09-2005 in Review Application No. 236/2005. By the impugned order, the High Court allowed the writ petition of Mohan Lal the respondent herein and directed the appellant to regularise his services and granted him all benefits as a regular employee. The review petition filed by the appellant-Haryana Rajya Sainik Board-cum-Defence and Security Relief Fund and Member Man agement Committee against the order of the High Court in the said writ petition was dismissed.
