JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondent-in person. Petitioner is the wife and had filed a petition for transfer of the case filed by the respondent under Section 13 (1) (ia) of the Hindu Marriage act, which is pending in the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Bandra, mumbai. The petitioner is now staying with her parents at Delhi and she seeks transfer of the case. The respondent, who appeared in person, has raised certain objections for the transfer of the case.

(2.) HAVING regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petition NO. A 348 of 2008 entitled Amit Mithrani Vs. Mrs. Shalini Amit mithrani, pending before the Principal Judge , Family Court, Bandra at mumbai is directed to be transferred to the Family Court at Delhi. All the records be transmitted to the transferred court. The transfer petition is allowed accordingly.
