JUDGEMENT

(1.) Issue notice to the Commissioner of Police, Delhi and the Station House Officer, Shahdara, Delhi returnable within one week.

(2.) The Commissioner of Police is directed to direct an immediate enquiry in.to the matter, and to provide necessary Police protection as may be found necessary and adequate. The report of the enquiry directed by him should be submitted to this Court within one week from today.
