JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Petition is filed against, an interlocutory order and we do not find any ground to interfere with it under art 136 of the Constitution of India. Mr. R. K. Jain, Complains that the state Transport Appellate tribunal has not been duly constituted and the judicial officer has not been named for the purpose. We direct the government of U. P. to constitute the appellate tribunal within 4 weeks. The tribunal shall dispose of the appeal in which the impugned interlocutory order is passed within three months.
